The 1st hole is a  straight away par 4 with an out of bounds on the right hand side.  A tee shot of 210 yards should put the average golfer in good shape for a clear approach shot to the green.   Sand trap on the left of the green adds some difficulty to this hole.  Better to be short than long on your approach to the green.
